3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected. Ranging from 7 to 15 days for delivery to the final destination.

  • NOEL RUSH shipments are from France.

  • NOEL RUSH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

  • For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery timeline provided on the product page.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to make changes to these pre-order terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

  • When items are produced, orders will be shipped to you, subject to availability. 

  • Release dates are subject to change, and as a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind.

  • Due to the use of upcycled and technical fabrics in some of our pieces, slight variations in color and pattern may occur. These unique details do not compromise the quality or design of the garment.
